Good afternoon everyone,
I hope you’re keeping well 🙂
It’s Christmas Eve today, so you know what that means – we are less than 12 hours away from the big day! We’re going to be taking a look at my thoughts for Christmas 2023 in today’s blog.
Hello and Welcome to Sweeney’s Blogs!
Christmas, for me, has always been about catching up with family and relaxing, so that’s exactly what I’ll be doing over the next couple of days. This year has been a bit of a whirlwind, with a mix of highs and lows, with everything feeling like it has been flying by at a million miles per hour.

I like to take the break between Christmas and the New Year to catch up on some sleep, rewind and recharge, ready for whatever it is that is coming around the corner next. It’s also the perfect time to see some family and friends, as the majority of people are off work for at least a little bit over the next two weeks or so 🙂
I wanted to take a moment to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, I hope you have a lovely one. Whether you celebrate Christmas, another holiday, or none at all, I hope you have a very special week ahead.

Although this year has been incredibly difficult, spending the festive season without Nana, Cap or Grampa. I’m sure we’ll come together and make the most of it all. As well as being a time to come together and celebrate with those closest to you, the festive season is also the ideal time to remember those who are no longer with us – the lessons that they shared, the love that they instilled into us and the ever-lasting legacies that they left behind.
So, with all of that being said, Merry Christmas Everyone/ Nadolig Llawen Pawb 🥳

Hope you enjoy your celebrations!
That’s all for today’s blog, what do you think? How are you going to be spending the festive season? Have you got any nice plans?
I’d love to hear your thoughts ⤵️
Thanks for reading and I hope you have a cracking day!
