Writing an Achievement/Gratitude List

A couple of weeks back, I got challenged by my professional mentor, Polina, to start writing an Achievement/Gratitude List, which is a list of all of the accomplishments and achievements that I am proudest of in my life.

I’ve never really done anything like this before, and found that it has had a very large positive impact on how I see myself.

I’m sure we’ve all experienced this at some point or another in our lives, and it can leave us feeling ignored, invalid and invisible.

Today is Going to be a Good Day!!

I woke up today in an absolutely amazing mood. I had a very late lie-in today, and as soon as I opened my curtains, all I could see was blue sky and the sun shining down. – Bill Watterson

You and I both know that change is a constant and inevitable thing in life. That being said, it doesn’t make it any less difficult at times. The thing is, whilst change is unavoidable and can be very irritating, there are ways we can cope and grow from it. Before we get to this though, I would like to discuss with you the most common forms of change and how they…
