When I was scrolling through my blog feed this morning, I came across this post by Wise and Shine, which is a page that I;ve shared a number of times here on Sweeney’s Blogs. As trhe clocks recently changed and we’re heading into the winter months, sleep is incredibly important, so why not explore it in more detail?!
I’m hoping this will serve as a much needed reminder for me to read “Why We Sleep” by Matthew Walker, as it’s been sitting on my shelf for way too long 🙂
