Winter 2024 has arrived in full force over the last couple of weeks, which makes checking in with others during this time of year super important. We’re going to be taking a look at this in more detail in today’s blog.
Hello and Welcome to Sweeney’s Blogs!
As the days grow shorter and the nights get colder, it’s the perfect time to reflect on how we can support one another and stay connected through these chilly months. Storm Darragh was the icing on the cake with the weather over the weekend, with high winds and torrential rain feeling like they were coming at us all day long.
I like to write a blog on this topic each year because checking in with others is something we should try and do more of in our lives. First, we need to check in with ourselves, to see how we are feelig – then, why don’t you try and check in with one or two other people that you know to see how they are getting on? As I like to say, you never know the difference a message can make to somebody’s day.
