How’s your week started off?
Last week marked four months since I joined the team at RVM. We’re going to be taking a look at what my first couple of months in the role have had in store in today’s blog. They’ve been super busy, that’s for sure 🙂

Joining in July, it’s crazy how fast the time has gone by! We’ve certainly been up to a lot in that time though.
Here are some of my highlights:
✍️ Substack Success – Launching the Real View newsletter on Substack, learning how the platform works and starting to grow our audience there using more in-depth dives into the marketing world.
I might talk more about Substack on the page going forward – it’s a super interesting cross between a blog, newsletter and social media platform, all in one place. The platform has got a load of potential, so it’ll be very interesting to see where it goes.
🏆 Webinar Wins – Helping our client, Christina, who runs her business, Awards Experts, with her recent webinar. Christina’s business helps their clients draft the best award entries possible, reflecting the success of campaigns and their true impact on people.
Her webinar was all about costly mistakes to avoid in the run-up to the 2026 Cannes Lions Awards. Loved seeing it all come together so well!
🧑💻 Whitepaper Wonders – Assisting Patrick and the team at 300 Consultancy with the launch of their Commercial Resilience whitepaper as we enter “The Age of More.” This was a project delving into the role of AI (Artificial Intelligence, see here if you would like a little introduction to AI) on agencies, as the world continues to develop.
You can see the full whitepaper here. I’ll do more blogs explaining marketing agencies, what they are and how they’re changing moving forward, too – if you aren’t sure what I mean by them, either drop me a message or keep an eye out for more!
It’s been awesome working with James and India so far. Here’s to loads more cracking campaigns to come. I don’t think James was quite ready for the level of puns and cheese I can bring to a role… but thankfully, that’s not restricted in my contract 😏
If you’re wondering if I sat there thinking of ways to make my bullet points follow alliteration for a little while, the answer is yes – and I don’t regret it in the slightest 😉
