Being Different: Blog 1 – An Introduction

Hello,

This is going to be the introductory blog for a new series that I am launching called Being Different. I am going to try to do one of these blogs alongside a blog for my Alzheimer’s Acceptance series once a week. If I do not have the time or feel like to content is being rushed then I will change it so that this blog will be one week and then the Alzheimer’s Acceptance will be the next.

Being Different is going to focus more on how being different is a good thing. Looking at words like weird and odd as positive words instead of insults. I am looking forward to writing this series as I believe I can link a lot of my own life experiences into it to really bring a personal touch.

This series is going to be talking about issues such as bullying and social isolation and how they can change the way you think and feel and how in some cases can make you change yourself I order to avoid conflict.

One of the main questions that I am going to be looking at in this series is: Is it better to be a Sheep or a Shepherd or neither at all?

Thank you for reading this introduction to a new blog series! I hope you all are looking forward to reading it as much as I am looking forward to writing it! As always feedback is always appreciated. Let me know what you think of this series or any other that I have done. If you have any questions or queries please message me and I will do my best to solve them.

Thanks,

James
