Good morning π
How’s your day started off?
We’re rapidly approaching the end of the first quarter of 2026. Can you believe it? We’re going to be taking a look at some of the ways you can rwflect on the last couple of months, as well as how you can look ahead in the best way for the Spring and Summer months to come.
Hello and Sweeney’s Blogs!
I love asking people questions that really make them think. Something that encourages you to pause, reflect on different parts of your life and take the care to answer genuinely and openly.

As we’re approaching the end of March, let’s think of some questions that are a combo – some being more reflective, others more predictive. Take a few moments to see what comes to mind with the following:
ποΈ Have you been able to treat yourself to a little break? This could be a holiday, a day off, a new book, you name it.
π If nothing was holding you back, what would you try before the end of summer?
π What’s an activity or a hobby that you used to do, which made you happy? Why did it make you happy? Are there any attributes or transferable points there to your life today?
π©΅ What emotion has shown up the most for you this year?
π What’s one conversation or memory that you’ve had so far in 2026 that makes you smile, or will always stick with you?
π Who’s one person you haven’t been able to spend as much time with, however, you plan on doing so more soon?
You don’t need to have all of the answers today. The purpose behind blogs like this is to get you to look back on your journey and do a bit of introspection – that could be on the things you enjoyed, the things you wished you’d done differently, the lessons learnt along the way, you name it π
I’ve started doing more of these blogs lately, and, to be honest, they’re a format I enjoy writing. Plus, if I’m ever struggling for ideas for posts, all I need to do is look back over some of the questions, and they should spring up some new ideas for blogs!
If you want to share your answers with me or someone else, please do feel free to π
Thanks for reading and I hope you have a lovely day!
James
