2021, What a Year for Sweeney’s Blogs!

I hope you’re all having a brilliant start to the weekend!

2021 came to a close just over a week ago, but what a year it turned out to be for the page!! Sweeney’s Blogs has grown such a lot over these last 12 months, I honestly cannot believe it! Today’s blog is going to be my 2021 in review post for Sweeney’s Blogs 🙂

Hello & Welcome to Sweeney’s Blogs!

2021 is finally over, but what an incredible year it was for the page!! Looking back over the year, we’ve had a load of awesome guest blogs, we’ve gained new readers from across the globe, we’ve had 2 new writers start for the page, the list goes on!!

How did Sweeney’s Blogs do in 2021?

Here are the statistics for Sweeney’s Blogs in 2021:

We had over 11,600 views from over 4,600 page visitors

380 Post Likes
40 Comments
Over 430 likes on our Facebook Page!

As you can see from the list above, 2021 was an outstanding year for the page & I could not be happier with how the page is doing!!!

The list does well & truly go on, it’s been a crazy year content-wise!!

Sweeney’s Blogs’ New Writers

2021 has also been a good year for us when it comes to new writers for the page – for the last 2 years, I was the sole writer here on Sweeney’s Blogs & while I have absolutely loved it, I do feel like I need a little bit of help now & again. This is why I am so happy to have Isha on board as our brand new writer!!

My friend Will from university is also going to be joining us in the new future, so keep an eye out for his introductory blog in a few weeks time!

Sweeney’s Blogs’ New Logo

Back in March 2021, Sweeney’s Blogs finally got a long-awaited new logo!! I put the logo on every post that I do at the end, but if people still aren’t sure what it looks like, here it is:

I wanted to keep the logo fairly similar to the Cover Photo for the page, so got in touch with a friend of mine called Aaron, who does a lot of design work, and that’s the logo that we ultimately decided on – something that I am super happy about!
